The conference fee for TRANSIMUN 2007 is 40 EURO per participant.

This fee includes:
• lunch on every day of the conference
• coffee breaks in the mornings and afternoons
• social activities during the evenings
• conference materials


The fee does not include:
• all meals not mentioned
• accommodation and travel expenses (for information on affordable options of travel and accommodation, please check our recommendations)
• visa costs (if a visa is required)

We must stress that you will not be officially registered as a TRANSIMUN participant until you have paid the conference fee. If you require an invitation in order to obtain the visa, we can only issue it after we have received your payment, so please bear this in mind and register as soon as possible, so as to avoid receiving the visa too late.

Do not forget to mention your name on the transfer. If you are a group of students who wish to pay their conference fees in one transfer, that is possible, however you will need to inform us of this as soon as you have made the payment.

After you have paid the conference fee, we will send you a confirmation email within one week. If you do not receive such an email, please contact us immediately.
