Registration

Registration for TRANSIMUN 2007 is now open. Please download the registration form, fill it in and email it to office@transimun.org. The deadline for registration is April 18, and each participant will receive his/her country and committee allocation within two days. This is meant to ensure that you have plenty of time to prepare thoroughly for your role in TRANSIMUN.

We will ask you to select several options of countries and committees upon registration. However, if necessary, we may have to assign you another country or committee. You may not represent your own country.

After you have filled in and submitted the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email from one of our coordinators. If you have not received such an email within 2 days, please contact us immediately. After your registration has been confirmed, please transfer the conference fee in the account indicated below. Only participants who have paid the conference fee by April 18 will be allocated a country and council.

When you are fully registered as a TRANSIMUN delegate, along with the country and committee allocation, you will also be assigned to a coordinator, who will answer any questions that might arise. This is your “contact person” at TRANSIMUN, and he/she will help you with everything, from recommending a travel or accommodation option, to picking you up from the train station/airport, taking you to your hotel, to the conference location, guiding you around the city, in short, the coordinator will ensure that you have a pleasant stay in Cluj-Napoca and that you can focus on the conference.
